La Trappe is the only Trappiste brewery to have interpreted the Bock beer style. Dark brown with a full, off-white head, caramel, toffee and brown sugar notes combine with rich organic character, suggestions of charcoal smokiness from roast malts and superbly well rounded with well balanced hop character. Delicious.
