Truly a connoisseur’s beer, Chimay Blue / Grande Reserve has a rich, ‘porty’ character. Originally brewed as a Christmas ale, Chimay Blue has grown to become the most popular of the Chimay beers. Ideal as a digestif, Chimay Blue combines with rich, blue cheeses (such as Cashel Blue, Bellingham Blue or Stiltons) in a way that has to be experienced to be understood.
