Saltaire is a brewery established in 2005 in Yorkshire.  In a building that exudes traditional Victorian architecture, this brewery combines traditional brewing practices with contemporary twists in their interpretations of beer styles.  Award winning, and enjoying considerable success in its relatively short life so far – it is clear that this brewery will continue for some time to come.

In contrast to Cascade, Saltaire Blonde pays its respects to the continental Europe Blonde Ale style. Czech Saaz hops provide the subtle spiciness, which combines with mild grain aromas on the nose. Clean tasting, light-bodied continental-style blonde ale with biscuit malt flavours balanced against subtle spice bitterness. Crisp and refreshing.
