Benediktiner is an incredibly drinkable wheat beer.  In the classic hefe-weisse style, it pours with a good, frothy white head, and is amber-gold in colour. Aromas are of subtle spice, cloves, grain and fruit (lemon and soft fruits). The mouthfeel is, at once, velvety combined with a delightful effervescence, and the flavour simply delights – subtle banana, soft fruit, a touch of bubblegum, subtle spices and herbal green grass. Despite the complexity of flavour, Benediktiner is an incredibly drinkable and refreshing hefe-weiss.  Superb!!
