The secret to an excellent India Pale Ale (I.P.A.) is to deliver substantial hop character, but to balance this with enough of a malt foundation to maintain an overall balance in the beer. Innovation I.P.A. achieves this to perfection. Floral hops in the aroma are followed by a velvety texture in the medium bodied mouthfeel that blends honey malt sweetness with spice and bitter hop character.  Delicious!!
