Adnam’s Brewery, is based on Southwold, near Ipswich on the South East coast of England. With beers brewed by Irish brewer – Kieran Fitzgerald – Adnam’s have developed a range of classic South England beers across a range of beer styles.

Southwold Bitter is an easy drinking chestnut amber bitter. The aroma combines grains and honey / caramel sweetness with chestnut. Honey, a suggestion of cocoa powder and chestnut follows through on the flavour. Hop bitterness is restrained. Quite simply a refreshing and tasty, incredibly drinkable beer.
